Using the Quality Assurance emails feature in Scheduling Manager Gemini you can send out bulk emails to customers, inviting them to provide feedback about their recent services.

When customers receive the email, they simply need to click on a link in the email to select a rating and optionally provide additional comments.

All ratings are automatically recorded as part of the customer record, as well as the employee record.
|

We now offer an SMS text-based version of the Quality Assurance module. Send out inquiry text messages and the recipient clicks a link to give the rating.

New Anti-Spam Text Messaging Compliance
Recently, the major mobile phone carriers have passed new policies in an attempt to prevent spam texting. We have modified Scheduling Manager Gemini to ensure your messages will get through.

Part of this compliance requires you to answer some questions regarding your use of text messaging in the software. If you have not yet completed this important step please do so as soon as possible to ensure your text messages don't get blocked.

We just need some basic information from you: Business name, Business type, EIN number, etc. Please call or email us and we’ll send you the form to fill in.
