Estimating is a breeze with Scheduling Manager software service businesses. Select from an extensive drop-down menu, customized for our field service business users, or customize all the options yourself. Choose preset rates or set your own rates and the estimate is ready in seconds!
Estimating is a breeze in Scheduling Manager. To create estimates for customers, you simply need to click the Estimates button on the Customer Information Screen and the Estimates screen opens.
- You can store multiple estimates for each customer.
- To create a new estimate, you simply click the Add icon.
- You can make your selections for which rooms the customer has, and also check off any additional options that will affect their charge.
- You can customize all the room options and additional options yourself, as well as adjust any of the prices to suit rates in your area.
Invoice-Style Estimates
These new estimate styles appear as invoices and allow you to compile a list of tasks or services to be performed and their respective charges. The tasks or services you add to the estimates are taken from your Work Codes.
